Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work readiness on employability with digital skill as a moderator variable among final-year students. The research method used was quantitative with an explanatory survey approach. The sample consisted of 100 final-semester students purposively selected from four universities in Surabaya, with 25 respondents from each university. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with interaction variable through SPSS. The results showed that work readiness had a positive and significant effect on employability. Digital skill also significantly moderated the relationship between work readiness and employability in a positive direction, strengthening the relationship. These findings indicate that the higher the students' digital skill, the stronger the effect of work readiness on improving employability. This study recommends integrating digital skill development into higher education curricula to optimize graduate employability.
